Over in Smithfield, the basketball team knocked off the Sentinels 53-36.  William Tavares and Matt Duffy combined for 24 points, which included two 3-pointers from Tavares.  The Hawks had opened up a 30-14 lead by halftime and never looked back.

The JV also managed to bring back a W from Smithfield, 60-50.

Don't forget - the home game against LaSalle this Monday night, January 28th, is scheduled to be broadcast right here at The Network.  Pass the word, especially should any of the players have family who live out-of-state and wouldn't want to miss the opportunity to watch a game live.
